Through the practice, I give myself a very personal moment every time, just for me. The mat gives me a break from the outside, a break from my thoughts. I love vinyasa yoga so much because it’s similar to dancing. The flowing movements in combination with the asanas create a great balance in the body.

I began my yoga teacher path in 2011 with a 2-year training with Yoga Vidya (Sivananda) and then immersed myself in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in regular teacher trainings / workshops and various yoga classes. The aim of my classes is that every student feels comfortable, listens to his body, consciously pays attention to the rhythm of his breath and hopefully can take this feeling of “coming home & being home” with into everyday life.

Coming from jazz and modern dance, I discovered yoga more than 20 years ago. Since then, yoga has been a great balance to my job in the human resources sector. Here I can find strength, peace and new inspiration in the combination of breath and movement. In 2016 I completed the 250 hour and in 2019 the 300 hour yoga teacher training according to Yoga Alliance Standard, so that I can share my yoga experiences with others from now on.
