Yoga Therapy

Health is the most precious gift we have!

We live in a time characterized by change and flexibility.
In this hectic time, the body communicates with us, which can show itself in painful ways. We often ignore these signals with the thought: ‘It’ll pass’.

There are many reasons to start yoga therapy. They range from a need for more energy in everyday life, to relief from indefinable neck pain, to recovery from exhaustion or support during chemotherapy.

The focus is always on the person and their individual needs. Yoga therapy supports the body, mind and heart on various levels in order to bring joy, vitality and well-being back into life. It is essential to take personal responsibility and actively shape your own healing process.

We start by looking at you and the life circumstances that have influenced your state of health. Together we will set a clear goal that you want to achieve.
From this, we develop a suitable program with targeted exercises and breathing techniques to activate the self-healing powers and support the recovery phase holistically.

Procedure

First consultation (60 minutes)
Conversation, anamnesis and compilation of the first yoga practice.

Following consultations (50 minutes)
Discussion with feedback, adaptation of the yoga practice and compilation of new exercises.

The second session takes place after 7 to 10 days in order to adapt the exercise program to the experiences and changes made.

We determine the intervals between further sessions together and can vary as the therapy progresses.

Costs

CHF 150 (incl. pre- / post-preparation)
