GENERAL
- By registering for the course, participants agree to pay the course costs. Payment of course fees is due no later than 7 days after the start of the course. Non-attendance of classes does not release course participants from the obligation to pay.
- The duration of the subscription is limited to 12 course weeks. There is a separate arrangement for yoga in pregnancy, yoga in regression and for the monthly/annual subscriptions.
- Your reserved spot (for group classes) can be canceled ‘free of charge’ until 2 hours –
prior to the begining of the class. Please be aware: from October 21.: it’ll be 6 hours in advance. . Afterwards the lesson will be charged. - In case of absence of more than 4 weeks, it is possible to interrupt the subscription accordingly. In the event of absence due to illness or accident, the subscription can be interrupted or extended with proof of a medical certificate.
- No course fees will be refunded.
- Private lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance. In case of a later cancellation, the lesson will be charged.
- Please note that registrations for booked workshops or courses that can only be booked as a whole (e.g. yoga for beginners course) are binding and the course costs are due even in the event of unexcused non-attendance.
Course fees will only be refunded in the event of illness or accident on presentation of a medical certificate. - The lessons are designed for healthy people. Illnesses, injuries and pregnancy must be reported to the course instructor prior to the start of the course.
- Yogaretreats (holidays or a long weekend)
Conclusion of contract for registrations
Registration by e-mail is binding and the GTCs come into force.ine Anmeldung per E-Mail ist verbindlich und die AGBs treten in Kraft. You will receive a confirmation of registration from YogaFlowZug (by e-mail), including the course fee. Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation.
All further information about the course will be sent by e-mail approximately 2 weeks before the event. - Cancellation guidelines
Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) and can be made free of charge up to 31 days BEFORE the start of the seminar.
From 30 days before the start of the event, the entire course fee is due. - Please note the different cancellation policies of the hotels and retreat centers.
- We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in advance Participation is at your own risk.
CLASSES
- Schedules are subject to change at any time. If they are unacceptable to participants, the remaining lessons in the subscription will be refunded.
- The courses are recognized by most health insurance companies through supplementary insurance. These insurers cover part of the course costs as part of preventive health care. Upon request, a course certificate can be issued at the end of a course.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
- YogaFlowZug is affiliated with a professional liability insurance.
