In traditional Hatha Yoga, the focus is on pranayama (observing the breath and consciously directing it). With the exercises we promote ‘healthy breathing’ which harmonizes subtle energy patterns and promotes energetic purification (Kriya). A regular practice has a therapeutic and healing effect on your body and promotes spiritual and mental growth.
A regular practice in the morning promotes a clear and balanced start to the day.
With a regular practice in the evening, the many impressions of the lively day are processed, body, mind and soul come back into harmony.
Thursday morning pranayama can also be taken individually (without the Early Bird Hatha Yoga that follows).
