Yoga with us via live-stream or buy the video of your favorite lesson to watch afterwards – invite the yoga studio to your home.
For the live stream, click on your desired lesson in the timetable, register (once) with Sportsnow and select your product (individual lesson or online subscription).
15 minutes before the lesson starts, you will receive the dial-in link by email. Your registration is binding. You can cancel free of charge up to two hours before the lesson starts, after that the lesson will be charged.

Then you can conveniently buy and watch your desired video online. Price for a single video: CHF 15.00

This is how it works…
Find a quiet corner for your yoga mat, have a pad, blanket, and if available, a yoga belt (scarf will do) ready and allow yourself a few minutes to arrive before the class begins.
The video’s were taken during an ongoing yoga lesson. Thank you for your understanding if you hear isolated noises or if the place in front of the camera is empty for a short moment.
Very important: Only go as far as you feel comfortable with the exercises. If pain or discomfort appears, allow yourself to stop the exercise. Depending on the shape of the day, the exercises can work differently and vary your personal limits.
